Refund and Cancellation Terms

Flight and hotel reservations made through turpaket.com are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of our partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
1. General Rules
- After a reservation is made, date changes, cancellations or refunds are processed according to the conditions of the selected product.
- Some promotional or campaign products may be non-refundable.
- Refund amounts are calculated excluding commissions and processing fees.
2. Flight Cancellations & Changes
- The rules of the airline company apply.
- If a flight is cancelled by the carrier, a refund may be possible.
- For changes requested by the passenger, penalty fees or fare differences may be charged.
3. Hotel Refunds & Changes
- For “non-refundable” hotel bookings, no refund is provided.
- Depending on the hotel’s policy, full refund may be possible if cancellation is made within the free cancellation period before check-in.
- Cancellations made 0–3 days before check-in may be subject to penalty fees.
4. Tour Packages
- For packages including flight + hotel, refund conditions are determined by the rules of each component.
- In case of visa refusal, service fees and certain non-refundable costs may be deducted.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment channel within 5–14 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. No-Show Situations
No refund is provided in case of no-show for accommodation or flights.
